If you’re living with any of the following health conditions and need advice on suitable physical activities to enhance your health, please complete the registration form by clicking the image on the side.

  • Type 2 Diabetes

  • Fibromyalgia

  • Osteoarthritis

  • High blood pressure

  • Depression, anxiety, and stress

  • Asthma

  • Skeletal and muscular injuries

  • Seropositive HIV

  • Hyper/hypothyroidism

During the 6-week programme, a health trainer will guide you on activities to improve your health and inform you about what to avoid. Their goal is to empower you with the knowledge to continue your fitness journey anywhere.
